Growing up in Italy, food was never just about nourishment—it was about connection, family, and tradition. From a young age, Antonio was captivated by the vibrant colors, aromatic smells, and incredible flavors that filled his mother’s kitchen. This passion only grew stronger with time, sparking a desire to share the traditional dishes he loved with others. After honing his skills at culinary school in Italy, Antonio moved to the United States, eager to explore new flavors while honoring the culinary heritage of his homeland.
This journey led to the creation of two distinct dining experiences, each reflecting Antonio’s vision and commitment to excellence.
